Higher Achievement Program

1. Complete the online HAP Application. 

2. Compose a 150-word essay, explaining why you would be an ideal candidate for HAP (part of online application).

3. Submit 2 letters of recommendation. One letter must be written by a current 7th grade teacher. Please have teachers submit the recommendations directly to Xavier, preferably by email to hap@xavierhs.org. 

4. Submit a copy of the applicant’s most recent report card (as of the application deadline). 

5. Submit the provided parental and physician Medical Forms and Immunization record. Valid physician medical forms can be dated no earlier than July 28, 2022.

Submit the supporting documents outlined in Steps 3 - 5 by one of two methods:
