The faith formation of each of our students is at the heart of our work on 16th Street.

As a Catholic, Jesuit school, we challenge students of all faiths to find God in all things. Daily liturgy and prayer, numerous retreat and service opportunities, and regular reconciliation services give students the chance to examine God’s movement in their lives, to see God in those around them, and to respond with joy to the gospel call to bring about the Kingdom of God here on Earth.

We are grateful for our ongoing partnership with the Church of St. Francis Xavier—our next-door neighbor and one of Manhattan’s most beautiful churches—where we celebrate all-school Masses and alumni liturgies alike. Gathering together in prayer animates our mission, brings meaning to our lives, and calls us to put love into action.
