Xavier to Graduate 260; Commencement to be Streamed Live

Xavier is proud to celebrate its extraordinary Class of 2022 at St. Patrick’s Cathedral on Thursday, June 9, at 7 p.m. To stream graduation live, visit saintpatrickscathedral.org/live.

The 260 members of the Class of 2022 will attend colleges and universities across the nation and beyond our shores, including the University of Arizona, Binghamton University, Boston College, Bucknell University, the University of Bristol, the University of Chicago, the College of the Holy Cross, Cornell University, Duke University, Emory University, Fairfield University, the University of Florida, Fordham University, George Washington University, Georgetown University, Georgia Tech, Howard University, Johns Hopkins University, Lehigh University, Loyola University Maryland, Manhattan College, the University of Miami, the University of Michigan, Middlebury College, New York University, Northwestern University, Pace University, Pennsylvania State University, the University of Pennsylvania, Pepperdine University, Princeton University, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Rice University, the Rochester Institute of Technology, Santa Clara University, the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, the University of Scranton, St. John’s University, the University of Texas at Austin, Trinity College Dublin, Tufts University, Tulane University, Vanderbilt University, Villanova University, Wake Forest University, and Williams College.

Several seniors earned appointments to multiple United States military academies as well—those being the United States Air Force Academy, the United States Naval Academy, and the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Dr. Eugene Cornacchia, president of St. Peter’s University, will deliver this year’s Commencement Address.

Diego Lopez ’22, who will continue his education at Vanderbilt University, will deliver the Valedictory Address. Jack McGillick ’22, headed to Georgetown University, will deliver the Salutatory Address.
