2025-26 On-Campus Events

1/26/26 Knight for a Day visitation days for accepted students who were unable to visit in the fall begin. Registration will open for accepted students on January 22. The program runs through March 6.
1/29/26 Accepted Students Reception (6-8:30 p.m.). This is not a required event, but all are welcome. This is simply another chance to visit Xavier, particularly if you and your son are still finalizing his high school decision. Registration will open for accepted students on January 22. Session times: 6-7 p.m. and 7-8:30 p.m.
Late Winter Tours available for accepted students (registration opens through the Parent Portal in late-January 2026).
Spring

Tours available for 7th grade families (registration opens in March 2026 via the inquiry form linked here).

4/21/26 President's Welcome for the Class of 2030.
5/9/26

eXplore Xavier for current 6th and 7th graders (registration opens in March 2026 via the inquiry form).

Summer Various sports camps and clinics, summer acting intensive, and the Higher Achievement Program (HAP).

Getting to Xavier

Located two blocks from Union Square Park in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood, Xavier is easily accessible by a variety of public transportation options, including the L, M, F, N, R, Q, A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 trains, or the PATH Train to 14th Street. The Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, and Park Avenue South buses stop near Xavier as well.

Many students from New Jersey and Long Island travel into Penn Station, and students from Westchester travel into Grand Central Terminal and then make their way to 16th Street.

Find the train or bus nearest you on the MTA (subway, bus, Metro-North, and/or LIRR), NJ Transit, or PATH websites. Those traveling to Xavier by car have various parking options in nearby garages or on local streets.
