Higher Achievement Program

Xavier's Higher Achievement Program (HAP) is a free five-week summer program intended for rising eighth grade boys who seek academic excellence and personal growth.

HAP will be in session from July 1 through August 1, 2024, running Mondays through Fridays from 8:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Our online application for HAP is now open. Please see below for application requirements and a notification timeline.

Through the program, students have the opportunity to learn more about Xavier, enrich themselves through academics and sports, experience an array of offerings in the surrounding neighborhood, and make new friends.

While Xavier High School and the USA East Province of the Society of Jesus (the Jesuits) make tremendous gifts to support HAP, we depend on the generosity of HAP families to keep the program free. Please consider making a donation to keep HAP accessible to students of diverse backgrounds and means. Every gift, whether large or small, is beneficial! You can donate below.
