The Class of 2018 Rises

The Xavier community joined members of the junior class and their families in the Church of St. Francis Xavier on May 24 to ask for God’s blessings upon the Class of 2018 as they prepare to take on the leadership role expected of them in senior year..

At the Mass, six juniors were commissioned as Eucharistic Ministers (John Macciarola ’18, Joseph Pastilha ’18, Peter Anthony Raftopoulos ’18, Kevin Gelling ’18, Francesco Sparacio ’18, and Alex Maruca ’18). John McGee ’17 also gave a heartfelt and engaging speech near the end of the Mass. It was a night filled with reflection and excitement for the rising seniors and their families.
