Raider Team Earns Spot at Brigade Championships

The Xavier Raider Team traveled to Fort Dix, New Jersey, to compete in the League Raider Challenge on April 22. The team came in second in four of five events, taking home the second place overall trophy and qualifying for the 2nd Brigade Championships on May 13.

“The team performed very well, especially considering that we weren’t able to train outside much because of the weather,” said SFC Wayne Atherton, USA (Ret.).

Team members included Ted Colter '17, Kevin Kuranowski '17, Brian Patterson '17, Mark Pepperman '17, Yosef Uy '17, Taylor Kramer '18, Matthew DuBois '19, Trevor Lee '19, Ryan Messer '19, Gabriel Torres '19, Anthony Capasso '20, Antonio Cespedes '20, William Gushee '20, Elijah Kramer '20, and Michael Tenam '20.
