The End of Summer: A Time of Beginnings 

The end of summer also marks a time of new beginnings for students, faculty, and staff at Xavier.

For the incoming Class of 2019, that meant Freshman Fun Day on August 28—an annual tradition full of laughter, games, and bonding. For the soccer and football teams, it meant time at training camp as they prepare for their busy fall seasons. For the Xavier administrative team, it meant a two-day retreat in Morristown, N.J., where members of the academic and advancement leadership came together to reflect on Xavier’s mission, Ignatian spirituality, and their own lives of faith.
