Festive Cheer Shared at Family Christmas Breakfast with Santa

Xavier hosted its third annual Family Christmas Breakfast with Santa on Sunday, December 14. The event was first envisioned in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy three years ago to help Xavier faculty, families, and alumni, especially those with young children, connect back to Xavier and the joy of the Christmas season. The event was a success, and since then, the Christmas Breakfast with Santa has been a time when attendees could relax and enjoy a nice meal and festive cheer at Xavier with family and friends. The event took place in the Xavier gymnasium; add a beautiful tree, Santa Claus, the Grinch, some elves and many smiling kids, there certainly was some Christmas spirit in the air.

We would like to send a special thank you to all who attended and had a great time.as well as to those faculty and staff who made the event possible. Among those include HeadmasteMichael LiVigni, English teacher Margaret Gonzalez, Director of Student Activities Johanna Tanzman, math teacher Kelly Quigley, Director of Guidance Jean Sherman, history department chairperson Eileen Carty, art teacher Renzo Ventrella and English teacher Jen Kennedy-Orlando. We would also like to thank Santa Claus, his elves and the Grinch for making the breakfast a time to remember.
