
The Registrar assists the Headmaster and exercises direct responsibility in the areas of academic records and the practical, everyday functioning of school details. The Registrar prepares the master schedule for the school and maintains accurate updated student files, student schedules, and class lists.

Seniors will not receive a diploma unless all books and JROTC uniforms are returned and all debts are cleared.

Do we have your current home address, phone number and e-mail address? Please remember to notify the Headmaster's Office if your address, home telephone number, email address, or work telephone number change.
Online Grade Reports
Parents must log on to their Edline accounts in order to access all grade reports. Once an account has been activated, it will remain activated until your son graduates. IMPORTANT! You must enter an email address in your Edline account. You should NOT be trying to log on to the parents page of the Xavier High School web site to access grades.
Log on to http://www.edline.net with your screen name and password. If you forgot your password, click "forgot password." Edline will send the password to your email account as long as you have entered your email address in your account.
Parent Access Information:
When you get to the Xavier home page, go to LINKS on the right side of the page.
Under links, click on Progress and Report Cards.
This will bring you to a white screen that takes a minute to load.
You will be directed to a screen with your son's picture.
On the left side of the page, click on PORTFOLIO. This will bring you to a screen listing the reports available.
The next progress report will be available online at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, May 7th.
Student Access Information:
When you get to the Xavier home page, go to REPORTS under LINKS on the right side of the page. Clicking on REPORTS will bring you to a screen where you may select TRANSCRIPTS. Once you click on transcripts, you will see your report card or progress report.
We tested the program with both MAC and Windows. If you experience problems, you may have a pop-up setting that is interfering with the program.
