Luciano Lovallo
Dean of Academics

The Dean of Academics assists the Headmaster and excercises direct responsibility in those areas of school life that impact the academic life and instruction of students. The Dean of Academics works with teachers, parents and students to ensure academic progress; serves as liaison with parents in matters concerning the academic progress of their sons; evaluates student eligibility for co-curricular and athletic activities and coordinates the school's efforts to aid students who struggle academically.

Luciano Lovallo is a 1996 graduate of Canisius High School in Buffalo, NY, and a 2000 graduate of Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY. After serving with the Jesuit Volunteer Corp and volunteering at the Nativity Mission Center, he received his Master of Science in Teaching from Fordham University in 2004. His other administrative experience includes three years as Xavier's Assistant Dean of Students before serving as the Principal of Nativity Mission Center.
