JUNE HEALTH CLASS: All students registered for the June Health class are required to attend a brief meeting immediately after the history exam at 11:00 on TODAY, June 9th in 3C5.
ALL STUDENTS: Textbook collection times during finals will be 10:30 am – 12:00 pm and 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm in the Commons. Please do not leave textbooks in the hallways, floor or classrooms. All textbooks MUST be returned at the scheduled times in the Commons.
SENIOR PORTRAITS: Current juniors are reminded to report to school on the scheduled dates for their senior portraits. If you cannot make it on your appointed time, check the possibility of coming at some time during the 3 days set aside for portraits.
XDS: Is looking to cast approximately 8-12 students for its December revival of THE LARAMIE PROJECT written by Moises Kaufman. Here are the dated for LARAMIE auditions: Mon 6/14 boys only 4:30 -6:30; Wed 6/16 boys only 4:30 – 6:30; Fri 6/11 girls only 4:30 – 6:30; Fri 6/18 girls only 4:30 – 6:30. BASEBALL: Due to varsity baseball’s playoff schedule the Awards Dinner for freshmen, JV and varsity baseball will be postponed until Wednesday, June 16th at 6 pm. Awards for all other spring sports will be held as scheduled on Wednesday, June 9th.
SCHOOL PAINTBALL TRIP: There are still plenty of spaces left for the end of the year paintball blowout adventure this Friday. Return permission slips to room 3D2 before Thursday to reserve your seat on the bus.
ALL STUDENTS: Students leaving and exam rooms early are expected to remain silent in the hallway. Noise in the corridor is extremely inconsiderate to those still completing exams in the classrooms. Hallway disruptions during exam sessions will result in detention.
STUDENT LOCKERS: Student lockers must be emptied by 3pm on Wednesday, June 9th. Bins for unwanted paperback books and Xavier clothing have been placed in the locker areas. Returning students are reminded to save their school-issued locks for next year.
WORKING PAPERS: Applications for Working Papers are available in the Dean of Students Office and can be picked up any day through Tuesday, June 8th. Completed Working Papers can be picked up any day until Tuesday, June 15th.
