XAVIER BOWLING WINS ARCDIOCESAN CHAMPIONSHIP!
The Knights of the lanes punctuated an undefeated 60-0 season by defeating Jesuit rival Fordham Prep to capture the Archdiosean championship. In a truly impressive fashion the Knights crushed the Rams by over 200 pins in the first match. The 200 pins served as a cushion against a 60 pin victory by the Rams in the second game. The Knights now try their luck against the formidable Brooklyn/Queens diocese for the City Championship. Good Luck, lads!
Not to be overlooked is the equally impressive undefeated season and Archdiocesn championship won the JV Knights. THe JV Knighst swept Fordham Prep and maintained an absolutely spotless record. The JV Knights have not only won every match, but have not even dropped a single game within a match in either the regular season or the playoffs. Good luck in the City championships!
